Speaker Guidelines
-
Programs sometimes need small adjustments, so we kindly ask you to be in the meeting room from the start of the conference on the day of your talk.
-
Each speaker has 20–25 minutes. We suggest planning your talk for 17–19 minutes, leaving a little room for introductions and audience questions.
-
Please keep an eye on the time so the schedule runs smoothly for everyone.
-
The official conference language is English.
-
Presentations should be in PDF or PPT format with visuals that are clear and easy to read. Please send us your slides 15 days before the event.
-
Take a moment before your session to make sure everything is working properly.
-
To avoid delays, we recommend not using personal laptops unless it’s absolutely necessary.
-
If you’re using Windows/PC, double-check your presentation works with the MAC system available at the lectern.
Poster Guidelines
-
Each poster will be assigned a number in the final program. You’ll find your spot by this number and should set up your poster one hour before the session begins. Mounting supplies will be provided.
-
Poster formats:
-
Printed posters should follow the size guidelines (shared in advance).
-
Digital/E-posters should be prepared in PDF or PPT format.
-
-
We encourage you to be by your poster throughout the session to chat and exchange ideas with attendees.
-
Don’t forget to take your poster down at the end of the day—any left behind will be removed.
-
Best Poster Awards will be judged during the session and winners announced at the close.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
-
Virtual presentations let you join from the comfort of your home or office—no travel needed.
-
You’ll receive your personal meeting link and ID a few days before the event.
-
To ensure everything runs smoothly, please join the meeting 30 minutes early.
-
Each speaker has 20–25 minutes. Aim for 17–19 minutes so we can allow time for introductions and Q&A.
-
Have your slides ready on your device, and share your screen when it’s your turn.
-
If you’d rather not present live, you can send us a recorded talk along with your slides at least 10 days before the conference.
Certification
-
Every registered participant will receive a certificate, signed by the organizing committee, showing your name and affiliation as listed in our records.
-
If you’d like any changes to the certificate, please let us know at least one month before the event.
-
Certificates will be given out either during or right after your session. E-certificates will be emailed within 4–5 business days after the conference.
-
Please note: only participants who attend are eligible for certificates—co-authors who don’t join will not receive one.
